My Story
Welcome to Pangea Chocolat, a place where indulgence, creativity, and sustainability come together in every bite.
I’m Holly, a passionate vegan chocolatier residing in Didsbury, and I founded Pangea Chocolat four years ago with a simple belief—chocolate really is more than just a sweet treat, and can still be everyone's favourite even without the dairy.
Ever since, I have been creating artisan vegan chocolate in Manchester, my creations are handcrafted with love, premium ingredients, and a deep respect for the planet.
The name Pangea is inspired by connection—“Pan” meaning “All” and “Gea (Gaia)” meaning “Earth”—a tribute to how everything is linked: people, the planet, and of course, cacao.
