Hello! I'm Holly, a chocolatier with a huge passion for chocolate, a good challenge and doing our bit for this beautiful planet we all call home.
I created Pangea Chocolat 4 years ago because for me, chocolate has way more properties than just tasting amazing.
It can turn my whole day around, it helps to heal me, make me happy, it deepens my connections to the earth and nature, and it truly opens my heart both physically and spiritually.
Not to mention its super versatile and the creative possibilities are endless. Praise be for Cacao!
With Pan meaning All, and Gea (Gaia) meaning Earth, Pangea really felt like the perfect name to convey the importance of being conscious of our planet and our people, without scrimping on flavour.
